A loved one lost unexpectedly bring much grief to the heart, therefore, treasure the special times spent with Chad- draw strength from the love of family and friends- and may God's word and his loyal love comfort you and help you through this difficult time. I was very saddened to learn today of Chad's passing. My family and I would like to extend our condolences to your family. I have such fond memories of Chad and will always treasure my most favorite purse he made for me out of duct tape. He was one of a kind student with an infectious smile and one who was loved by all. He will be dearly missed.

Van and Ann,
On behalf of the CofC Honors College, please know that we are holding you in our thoughts and prayers. We were devastated to learn of Chad's death - he was such a nice young man and a beloved member of the honors community. His accomplishments at CofC were impressive. We just can't fathom that his potential will not be fully realized. We will think of you especially this weekend as you lay Chad to rest.
My warmest regards,
Trisha Folds-Bennett
