Esther M. Weimer

Esther M. Weimer LEBANON Esther M. (Kreiser) Rauch Weimer, 92, passed away November 18, 2013, while a resident at Cedar Haven Nursing Home. Esther was predeceased by her husband of 44 years, George J. Rauch, her husband of 12 years, Austin J. Weimer, and her sister Alverna Kreiser. She was born July 10, 1921, in Jonestown, to the late Monroe and Katie Deaven Kreiser and spent her early and later years working on the family farm in Jonestown. She was employed by the United States Department of Agriculture and retired in 1986 as Director of Lebanon County ASCS Office. Following her retirement from the USDA, she was the Union Township Zoning Officer for a number of years. Esther is survived by her daughter Georgeanna Ritchie Hanover wife of James Hanover of Lebanon; grandchildren, Melissa D. Fisher, of Myerstown and Jennifer E. wife of Jason Ambler of Carlisle and great-grandchildren, Grant and Kate Fisher and Clarissa Ambler. Interment and graveside service will be held at Sattazahn's Lutheran Church Cemetery, 185 Green Point School Rd., Jonestown, on Friday, November 23rd at 11 AM. www.kreamerlumfh.com
