I just found out about Kevins passing today. Although I havent seen him in many years, I can still picture him blasting away on his road bike as if it were yesterday. I have so many found memories of riding with him and the entire crew from the Lebanon area. He always left you feeling better about yourself. He had a dynamic personality and made an impact on all those he encountered. Surely, he is hammering away on his bike somewhere in heaven today - which makes me smile. He will be deeply missed my deepest (and regrettably very late) condolences to all.

I'm so sorry to hear of Kevin's passing. I have so many great memories of high school and swim team thanks to him. He was such a great friend and we had a lot of fun together over those high school years. I'm so shocked and sad that he has passed away and also that we lost touch over the years. The last time I saw him was at the YMCA around 1996 and it was so good to update each other about our lives. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

To Katie and all Kevin's family, my sincerest sympathies on the passing of Kevin.
Kevin was a neighbor, a friend, and on occasion a biking and running companion.
I got my first road bike of note at Kevin's shop in Lebanon. He provided me with the bike and gear I would need for My YMCA sponsored Bike Ride 2000-a trip across the country. He provided this bike and gear at cost which was his way of sponsoring me, something for which I have always been grateful.
We had some good workouts and good times together.
It is very sad to lose Kevin at 52 years of age.

To a dear, dear friend and the best training partner I ever had. I can still feel my anxiety build as you stomped your way up the stairs to my apartment for an early morning torture session in the pool or on the roads. You made me work harder and get better at everything I ever did, and when you were at your best I couldn't beat you. Sorry if I didn't say it out loud to you before now. I'm sure you understand.
Rest easy my friend, your hard work is done, and your struggle in this life is over. I will dearly miss you, and the stories we could share. I hope to reconnect on the other side.

Kevin sold me my first racing bicycle in 1996 - a used Cannondale 7 speed - from his apartment on Chestnut St for $325. I didn't even know him, but he lived 1 block away from me in downtown Lebanon. Soon after that, we began to ride together, 2 hrs almost every week day (for 3 years), with Eric Boltz and Tim Rollings, during Tim's lunch break as director of the Lebanon YMCA - all year round.
I never rode so hard, or laughed so hard in all my life. I mean we really really laughed hard. Those were really great times. Take care, my friend.
