William Weir Obituary
"Doc" Weir was born in Ashland, Pa., graduated from Pa. College of Optometry in 1941, established his optometric practice in Bloomsburg, Pa., and later added offices in Hazleton and White Haven. He retired in 1990 and was a lifelong avid fisherman, barbershop quartet leader and singer, and member of many professional societies.
A memorial service will be held Aug. 17, 2014, at the Mt. Laurel Resort from 12-4 p.m. RSVP 570-942-2052.
