Mary Myers Obituary
Born February 25, 1934 in New Bethlehem, Armstrong County, she was the daughter of the late David Miles and Lena B. (Yount) McGinnis.
She married Robert V. Myers on February 2, 1957. He preceded her in death on July 4, 2014.
Mary worked for Smucker's in New Bethlehem for 20 years.
She attended the First Church of God in New Bethlehem.
Survivors include two children, Jeffery Myers of Worthington and Gina Landsberger of Distant; four grandchildren, Stephanie (Andy), Amber, Mandy and Heather; four great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Brooklyn, Jasmine and Jalynn; a brother, Jerry McGinnis and his wife, Sue, of New Bethlehem; and two sisters, Virginia Warner of Conneaut Lake and Sandra Crissman of Harbor Creek.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mary was preceded in death by a son, Randy Myers; a brother, David M. McGinnis Jr.; and six sisters, Elsie Wells, Ruth Miller, Louise McGinnis, LeAnna Beasley, Flora Shick and Nancy Cook.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2024 at the Alcorn Funeral Home in Hawthorn.
The funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. with the Rev. John Phillips officiating.
Interment will be in the Sligo Cemetery.
