Curtis Pefley Obituary
October 25, 1967-February 21, 2023
Curtis Noyes Pefley, of Polson, MT, died unexpectedly in Yuma, AZ, February 21, 2023. Curt is predeceased by his parents and younger brother, Dennis and Doreen Pefley, and Denny of Polson, MT. Curt is survived by his best friend, Alisha Burris, of Polson, MT; his son and future daughter-in-law, Wyatt Pefley and Ann Feyen, of Bothell, WA; his stepson, Zachary Burris, and grandchildren, Max, Channing and Hank of Deer Trails, CO; his brother and sister-in-law, Troy and Kelly Pefley, and nieces and nephew, Morgan, Brooke, Jenna, Denny, and Isabelle of Spokane, WA. Curt is also survived by many that he considered and loved as family.
Curt grew up in Hot Springs, MT. After graduation, he joined the U.S. Army where he served in Desert Storm. He was a proud American. Upon his discharge, he moved to Polson, MT, where he worked locally, and started a family with Carla "Blixt" Tracy and had a beautiful son, Wyatt. Later, he left Polson to follow in his dad and grandpa's footsteps to become a successful Journeyman Lineman, successfully completing Mountain States Line Constructors Joint Apprenticeship Training Program. His trade took him to many places in the mid-West and Western parts of the country. He loved his trade and his IBEW family.
Most recently, Curt was enjoying time off with Alisha traveling the roads and the seas, in style. He couldn't wait to start up the coach and hit the road to see family and friends across the country or jump on a cruise ship and kickback for a week or two. During this time, he also liked to watch cooking, racing, and bull-riding shows, fire up the grill, and take the RZR out for afternoon or weekend rides. He joked that "every" day was "Saturday." He was really enjoying himself every Saturday.

There will be a celebration of life in honor of Curt at the Sportspage Bowl Grill & Lounge, Polson, MT on Saturday, 9/2 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Please come by and share your memories of Curt.
