Patricia "Pat" Ann (Martindale) Willmarth, 89, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on June 16th, 2025.
Pat was born June 9th, 1936 to Lloyd and Ethel Martindale. Pat was born in Cornell, Wisconsin and grew up in Holcombe, where she attended Holcombe High School and graduated in 1954.
Pat married Howard Willmarth on June 25th, 1954 and joined Howard where he was stationed in the army. Upon returning to the U.S., Pat went to work for AT&T in Eau Claire and retired from there after 30 years.
Pat was a quilter, and made many beautiful quilts for her friends and family. She also loved playing golf in the summer and winter.
Pat and Howard spent winters in the southern warmer climates for 20 years where they both enjoyed making new friends.
Pat was a loving wife and mother. She was very proud of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Pat is survived by her children- Debra, Tom (Becky), Ray (Malea), Lori (Chad), and Eric (Kristina); and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents- Lloyd and Ethel; and her husband- Howard, whom passed away just 24 days prior to her. They never celebrated an anniversary apart. Fate decided to reunite them in time for their 71st anniversary on June 25th, 2025
A funeral service will be held at 11am on Monday, June 23rd, 2025 at St. Francis Of Assisi Catholic Church in Holcombe, WI. The visitation will begin at 10am and go until the start of service at 11am.
