Patrick Goss
Patrick Norman Goss, age 84, passed away on May 18, 2023.
Pat was born in Eau Claire, WI to Kathryn and Fenton Goss on March 31, 1939. He married his wonderful wife, Lynn on April 25, 1959. They were married for 59 years until she died in 2018. Together they raised two sons in the country and were life-long members of St. Bridget's Parish.
Pat graduated from Regis High School and went on to work in the building supply industry and eventually retired from Prime Source after 37 years. He was a well-liked manager and a dedicated employee.
Pat is survived by his sons: Tim (Gail), Jeff (Holly); grandchildren: Shauni (Joseph), Travis, Jonah, Jesse (Eileen), and Christopher; great grandchild: Patrick; siblings: Wayne (Bernie), Cheri, Dan (Connie), Mary.
Pat was preceded in death by his parents, Kathryn and Fenton; wife, Lynn; grandson Dederick Lorentz-Goss.
Pat was a good father who enjoyed the time he spent with his boys. He shared his love of hunting, fishing and golfing with his family and friends. There are special memories of elk hunting, horseback riding, dancing, boating and involvement with their church. Pat's grandchildren loved Papa and had many fun times with him! Pat's lawn was the envy of the neighborhood.
Funeral Mass and a Celebration of Pat's life will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 31 at St. Bridget's Catholic Church, 2801 N. 110th Ave., Chippewa Falls, WI. The Very Reverend Jesse Burish will be celebrant of the funeral mass. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. prior to mass at church. Inurnment will be at St. Bridget's Church Cemetery. Lunch will be served following the mass. Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral & Cremation Services, Eau Claire is assisting the family. Online condolences may be shared at lenmarkfh.com.
