Steven Kumferman Obituary
Steve M. Kumferman, 72, of Eau Claire WI, passed away on Tuesday, June 4 at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born in Eau Claire on May 24, 1952, to the late Henry and Dorothy Kumferman.
Steve worked with the Painter's Union for many years until he was forced to retire due to health issues. He loved hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
He also enjoyed working in his garden and canning the produce that he grew.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Linda Kumferman; daughter, Heidi Kumferman-Small; sister, Jami Kumferman-Kewin; brother, Larry (Susan) Kumferman; two granddaughters, one grandson and one great-grandson; aunt, Ruth (Daniel) Cameron and uncle, Don Saast; good friend, Don; along with many in-laws and their families. He is also survived by his dog Lucy who misses him very much.
Steve is preceded in death by his parents and in-laws.
Per Steve's request there will be no services held.
Chippewa Valley Cremation Services - Celebration of Life Center is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences can be left at chippewavalleycremation.com.
