Tim Eisberner
June 3, 1958 - January 6, 2026
Tim Eisberner, 67, of Eau Claire, passed away on Friday, January 16 at his home. He was born June 3, 1958 to Edward J. Eisberner Jr. and Elizabeth (Hughes) Eisberner.
He attended North High School where he wore number 68 and played nose tackle for the football team. In 1974, Tim helped his team to secure the first Big Rivers Conference Championship in North football history. A passionate athlete and fierce competitor, he was a two time inductee of the Husky Club. He loved his teammates and coaches and remained friends with them throughout his life.
In 1987, Tim married Sue Redman. Though later divorced, they always remained good friends. Their two children, Alyssa and Emily, were Tim's pride and joy. Later, Tim graduated from UWEC and became a soil conservationist for the USDA.
Throughout his life, Tim was an avid outdoorsman. He loved deer hunting, fishing, and walking in the woods. His athleticism endured as a member of many softball leagues. He loved classic cars, classic rock, singing, dancing, good meals and good times.
Tim's greatest loves were his children Alyssa and Emily, and his grandchildren Rowan and Ian. He never let them forget how much they were loved and how proud he was of them. He often said that being a Dad and Grandpa was the best job he ever had.
Tim was kind and generous to everyone he met, and was always ready with a warm smile and big hug. We look forward to the day we can be together again. We love you always and forever, no matter what, more than words can say!
Tim is survived by children, Alyssa (Patrick) McCaughin and Emily (Kamrin) Eisberner; granddaughter, Rowan McCaughin and grandson Ian McCaughin; brothers, Edward (Janet) Eisberner and Chris (Tami) Eisberner; sister, Elissia Joyce Moschkau and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Bonnie Eisberner. His children would like to express special gratitude to Chris and Tami Eisberner, Steve and Sue Marczinke and Sue and Pete Lokken for everything they did to help Tim live out his last years in dignity at his home.
