Angelo A. Arduini

Angelo Andrew Arduini, 81, of Rural Valley, died Thursday, July 16, 2009, at his residence. He was born Sept. 26, 1927, in Blanco, to Joseph and Lina (Milesi) Arduini. He was a construction worker for Laborers Union No. 910 and was a World War II Army veteran. He was a member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Yatesboro, and the American Legion Cosgrove Post. Survivors include his wife, Delores (Davidson) Arduini, whom he married July 5, 1952; son, Randy Arduini and his wife, Sharon, of Rural Valley; daughter, Amy McCune and her husband, Jim, of Kittanning; five grandsons, Andy Arduini and wife, Elizabeth, Anthony Arduini and wife, Katrina, Daniel McCune, Robert McCune and Michael McCune; and great-grandchildren, Joseph and Paige Arduini. He was preceded in death by a sister, Mae M. Davidson, and an infant sister. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the CARSON/BOYER FUNERAL HOME INC. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church with Father Daniel L. Blout. Burial will be in St. Mary's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Yatesboro, PA 16263.
