Cherrio L. Miller, 66, of Kittanning (Cowanshannock Township) passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.
She was born on Dec. 9, 1955, to Harold and Carol (DuBrock) Goldstrohm in Kittanning.
Cherrio retired from the Armstrong County Controller's Office and was the owner/ operator of Dee-O-Gee Kennel. She enjoyed going to auctions, crafting, collecting marbles and buttons, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren.
Cherrio is survived by her husband, Richard P. Miller, whom she married June 26, 1982; her mother, Carol Goldstrohm, of Kittanning; daughter, Carla (Shawn) Harris, of Kittanning; seven grandchildren: Austin, Brent, Kamryn, Skyler, Damian, Kolton and Kane; and great-granddaughter, Aubree.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harold C. Goldstrohm, Sr.; brother, Harold "Butch" Goldstrohm, Jr.; and step-daughter, Angela Bricker.
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 21, 2022, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Carson/ Boyer Funeral Home, Inc., 724 W. Main St., Rural Valley, Pa.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022, at 11 a.m. from the funeral home with Pastor Theresa Peace officiating.
Interment will be private.
