Charlie Chrisman Obituary
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Miller Funeral Home in Vandalia, with the Rev. Tom Farris officiating. A private burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of services on Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials: Carl and Rita Chrisman. Online condolences may be shared at www.millerfh.net.
Mr. Chrisman was born on Nov. 30, 1972, in Vandalia, the son of Carl and Rita Purvis Chrisman.
He was a self-employed electrician, was affiliated with Crown Point Church in rural Vandalia and was a member of Operators Union 520 in Effingham.
He is survived by his parents; son, Triston Chrisman; daughters, Chalie Chrisman and Nikki Chrisman, both of Vandalia; brother, Jim Gray of Robinson; and sister, Lori and her husband Brian Baker of Vandalia.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
