Jack Hayes Obituary
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Christ Tabernacle in Herrick, with the Rev. Tom Suey officiating. Burial will be in Ramsey Cemetery in Ramsey. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until time of services on Wednesday at the church. Kennedy and Sons Wallace-Carroll Funeral Home in Herrick was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Hayes was born on Thursday, Aug. 12, 1954, in Ramsey, the son of Lloyd and Loretta (Diveley) Hayes.
