John was a valued adviser to me as the electronic/electrical and STEM instructor at Turlock High School. I first met John at a Turlock Amateur Radio Club meeting. He was an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled technician. He also provided our school's tech program two of the finest students I was fortunate to serve in a 45 year teaching career, James and Tom.
