PAULINE JONES

PAULINE JONES 12/02/1930 - 11/23/2025 Pauline A. Jones was born on December 2,1930, to Pauline (Drakley) and Emmett Jackson in Atchison, Kan. She passed away, Sunday, November 23, 2025. For 25 years, Polly worked in manufacturing, and during the last 10 years of that employment, she went back to school and became a nurse. She was then hired at Dwight D. Eisenhower Veterans Medical Center in Leavenworth, Kan. Polly was an avid bowler and hundreds of people knew her from the various bowling centers. As to her greatest accomplishment in this life, Polly always said it was her family. She is survived by her seven children: Edwin Jones, Patricia Hord, Theresa Davis, Janice (Ed) Chase, Polly (Perry) West, Linda (Tim) Lykins, and Timothy Jones; 22 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Atchison, Kan., on Monday, December 1, 2025, with a Parish Rosary at 9:30 a.m., followed by the visitation, and mass starting at 11 a.m. www.arensbergpruett.com.
