Christopher Shively Obituary
He was born on Sept. 20, 1986 in Danville.
He was preceded in death by: his mother, Janice Sue Pittman Shively; and his sister, Joni Shively.
Survivors include: his father, Wayne Shively of Lebanon; partner, Britney Smith of Prospect; daughter, Olivya Amaramae Smith of Prospect; two step-children, Liam Smith and Dahlia Smith of Prospect; niece, Airelle Railley of Lebanon; nephew, Jashon Beam of Lebanon; and uncle, Danny Shively of Lebanon.
A Mass of Christian burial was held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 3, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church with interment in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers were Levi Bell, Andrew Smith, Michael Spalding, Ben Leake, Mark Smothers, and Robert Lee.
Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon, was in charge of arrangements.
