Addie Sterling March 10, 1924- September 18, 2006 SMITHS STATION, AL— Mrs. Addie Sterling, 82, of 263 Lee Road 883, Smiths Station, AL., died Monday, September 18, 2006 at her residence. Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Wednesday, September 27, 2006 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, in Smiths Station, AL. with Pastor Isaiah Sumbry officiating. Burial will follow at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. Visitation is today from 1 until 8 p.m., according to Taylor Funeral Home. Mrs. Sterling was born March 10, 1924 in Cincinnati, OH., daughter of the late Addie Pearl Oden and Jesse Oden. She was a nurses attendant and a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church in Westland, MI. She leaves to cherish her precious memories her children, Eugene A. Hatcher (Arlene), Carol R. Johnson, Ronald E. Hatcher (Luz), five sons in love, deeds and spirit, James Hatcher (Jessie) of Chicago, Darrell Hatcher of Arizona, Carl Hatcher (Jeanie) of Detroit, MI., Brandon Hatcher of Arizona, Walter Conyers (Jackie) of Lansing, MI.; one brother, Edward Oden of Cincinnati, OH.; nine grandchildren, Lisa Johnson (Tony), Linda Johnson (Tony), Shaka Hatcher (Emma), Gena Hatcher, Kobie Hatcher (Tizita), Christopher Hatcher, Ronald Hatcher, Lesell Hatcher, Addia Hatcher; nine great grandchildren, Latasha Patterson, Walter Patterson III (Pam), Laura Patterson, Ashley Hatcher, Tylynn Russell, IsIs Hatcher, Haile Hatcher, Denali Hatcher, Justin Hatcher; and one great great granddaughter, Stava Patterson.
