Columbus, Georgia - Alyssa Nicole Idahosa, 23, of Columbus passed on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 in Las Vegas, NV. A Graveside funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery according to the Charles E. Huff's International Funeral Home, Inc.
Alyssa Nicole Idahosa was born on August 4, 1998 in Anchorage, AK to Robert O. Idahosa and Tammy Hamm Idahosa. Alyssa was baptized at River Church of Columbus and she graduated from Columbus High School in May 2016. After graduation she attended Georgia Southern University (Armstrong College) in Savannah, Ga. She majored in Law and Society, Social Theory and Philosophy. While attending Columbus High School, Alyssa was nominated for academic recognition as an Honoree and Scholar representing her school and the state of Georgia at the Congress of Future Medical Leaders. In 2016, Alyssa was inducted into Georgia Southern's Honors Program for personal achievement and academic prowess.
She leaves to cherish memories her parents, Robert O. Idahosa (Francine Edmond-Idahosa), Columbus and Tammy Hamm Idahosa, Las Vegas, NV; two brothers, 1LT Ejiro J.(Nastassia) Idahosa and Durrell (Amanda) Green; two sisters, Noruwa Idahosa and Courtney Idahosa, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and other sorrowing family and friends.
