May 19, 1929 - February 21, 2023
Columbus, Georgia - Andrew Kent Faulk SR., lovingly known as Andy, passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 93 in Columbus, Georgia USA. He was born on May 19, 1929, in Jacksonville, Florida. Andy was a loving man who cared deeply about his family, friends, and church. He was a Mason and a Shriner, and he loved his country.
Andy served in the US Army for 22 years and achieved the rank of MSgt. He also worked as the lead ROTC instructor at Jordan Vocational High School. Andy attended Robert E. Lee High School in Jacksonville, Florida.
Andy was an active member of the Asbury United Methodist Church. In his free time, he enjoyed woodworking, golfing, and fishing.
Andy is survived by his sons Ken Faulk and Bobby Faulk, and his daughter Debbie Deveau. He was preceded in death by his wife Emily Annetta Utley, his father, William Vander Faulk, and mother, Annalee Kent.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sansum Diabetes Research Institute at sansum.org.
Rest in peace, Andy. You will be missed by all who knew you.

Im saddened to see of Mr. Faulks passing. My family lived next door to him when I was growing up. He and Mrs Faulk were wonderful people and great neighbors. My condolences to the family.
