Annie Viola Howard March 19, 1948- January 25, 2008 COLUMBUS, GA—E Ms. Annie Viola Howard, 59, of Columbus passed away on Friday, January 25, 2008 at St. Francis Hospital. Funeral services will be 11 am Thursday, January 31, 2008 at Sconiers Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Rolesta Ellis will officiate and burial will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Visitation will be today from noon until 6 pm. The family will recieve friends and the cortege at 4100 Cusseta Rd., Apt 21A, Columbus, GA., according to Sconiers Funeral Home, 836 5th Ave. Columbus. Ms. Howard was born March 19, 1948 in Seale, AL, the daughter of Sterling  and Annie Ford Howard, she was employed by Smith and Gray Electric Company. Mrs.Howard attended Friendship Baptist Church and attended William H. Spencer High School.She had a sister, Rosie Hardwick who preceded her in death. Survivors include a son, Sterling Howard of Georgia, a daughter, Lashaun (Crosby) Adams of San Antiono, TX, a brother John Howard of Columbus, two grandchildren, Deshaundra Adams and Crosby Adams III, two nephews, Eric (Kesha) Howard and Kevin Howard, and other relatives.
