Bubba, you will be missed. Thanks for the Karaoke moments "Reunited". I will miss our friendship and Happy Hour times that we shared with Boysie and Vic. The neighborhood won't be the same without you.

Respectfully,

Dr. Vera Baldwin - from the neighborhood

We all loved Bubba! I remember the time we were in Bubba's front yard listening to Parliment. Bubba loved the song "Flashlight" and "Sir Nose devoid of Funk." Bubba and i was jamming all night long to Parliment Funkadelic. Bubba really made everyone he met feel very special. It was because he was a special person too! Take care my friend. You will be missed. You are in your Heavenly Father's arms now. It was a true blessing to have known you as my friend.

I remember Bubba was first person I met when we moved in the neighborhood. We played football and basketball in his yard, and hurdled the hedges all the time. We got dogs at the same time, Chico and Pup-Pup. I always teased him about the time I put my life on the line for him. Big Chuck's little brother was picking on him terribly one day at the basketball court. I jumped in and knocked him down without thinking. I'll never forget theses words "I'm going to get Chuck!" The rest of the day and the next few days, I was looking for Chuck to come and dust me off. Thankfully, it never happened! But, standing up for my little brother was worth it. We laughed about it every time we got together. Rest easy My Brother!
