Columbus, Georgia - Barbara Dean Bradley, 88, of Columbus, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022 from 6:30PM until 8:00PM. Burial is private.
Barbara was born on August 4, 1934 in Metersville, Georgia to the late Candler Dyer and Catherine Standard Dyer. She worked for the Muscogee County School District as a School Secretary. Barbara enjoyed cooking, yard work and loved playing tennis. She was a Christian by faith and loved the Lord.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William L. Bradley; son, George Bradley; mother, Catherine Standard Dyer; father, Candler Dyer; aunts, Sue Standard and Bet Blackmar; sister-in-law, Marjorie M. Gamble.
"Do you know that the light from a star has traveled countless years to reach your eyes? The light from the past, though the star may now be gone the sparkle from its life still goes on."
Survivors include, her son, Frank Fuller of Columbus, GA; sister, Betty Pitts of Inglewood, CO; cousin, Don Neville of Statesboro, GA; many nieces and nephews.

Barbara was the next door neighbor of my cousin for many years on St. Francis Avenue. Barbara was a wonderful person, and she will be missed.
