Midland, Georgia - Mr. Bobby Richardson, 62, of Midland, GA passed Saturday, April 1, 2023 in Midland, GA. Funeral service will be held 12 noon EST, Friday, April 7, 2023 at Gaines Chapel A.M.E Church, Phenix City, AL with Rev. Raymond Swafford and Alevelyn Sanders-Swafford, pastors, Bishop Joseph Williams, officiating and Pastor Gerald Williams, eulogist. Interment will take place 1:00 p.m. EST Monday, April 10, 2023 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, AL. Visitation is Thursday, April 6, 2023 from 12-5 p.m. EST according to Taylor Funeral Home.
Mr. Richardson was born July 28, 1960, in Russell County, AL to the late Eddie Richardson and the late Catherine Richardson. He retired from the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Elois; three children, Bobby Richardson, II, Antrell Davis and Courtney Williams; two stepdaughters, Vannyce Miles and Norycee Johnson; four siblings, John C. Richardson, Darlene Jackson, Robert (Pearl) Richardson and Catha (Termayne) one grandson and a host of other relatives and friends.
