Brandon Davis Obituary

Brandon Daniel Davis
September 3, 1998 - March 28, 2021
Phenix City, Alabama - Brandon Daniel Davis, was a precious and loving gift that God bestowed upon Berry Daniel Davis Jr. and Brenda Ann Davis. The sweet hands of death lifted away the soul of Brandon on Sunday March 28, 2021.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. EST at Lakeview Memory Gardens Phenix City, AL with Rev. Michael Burton Sr., officiating. Visitation is Monday, April 5, 2021 from 1 - 5 p.m. EST according to Taylor Funeral Home, Inc.
At a very young age, Brandon realized the saving power of Jesus Christ. He confessed his belief and joined the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church located in Seale, AL where he proudly served as a member of the choir.
His educational journey began at Lakewood Elementary, ending at Central High School, Phenix City, AL. Brandon was a student athlete, excelling in baseball and football.
His work ethic was demonstrated through a position with Daechang Seat Company, as a Spot Welder. Although he started out as a temporary employee through Surge, he was quickly hired and worked various jobs to include: bolsters and arm controls. He showed great leadership skills in training new temporary employees. He will be greatly missed by his DSC family.
Preceded in death by his father Berry Daniel Davis Jr. and paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Berry Davis Sr. Brandon leaves a true legacy of love to his mother Ms. Brenda Ann Davis (Phenix City, AL); his maternal grandparents Ms. Jerlean Word (Phenix City, AL) and Mr. Arthur Lee Word Jr. (Hamilton, GA); three amazing aunts, Sharon Word Reynolds and Carla D'Ann Davis (Phenix City, AL) and Sandra Davis Henderson (Reston, VA); three fantastic first cousins, Rayshondre and TiAndre Tarver, and Jalynn Word; and a host of great aunts, uncles and other dedicated relatives and friends.

My dearest Brandon, it has been three years without your being here. However, it seems like a lifetime. You meant the world to me, and you still do! Life goes on, but it's definitely not the same. Please hug my parents, your dad, and other family and friends that have gone on before me. I often check on your mom, to chat and share your sweet memories. Auntie Sandra and I will continue to love you, and to keep the faith. We do know, that one day we shall reunite. Auntie Carla Davis
