We were vacationing in Costa Rica with Mark Moore's family when he received the news of his father-in-law's graduation to glory and returned home to be with the rest of the family. During the time of the funeral service we paused on a river in Costa Rica to have scripture reading with prayer, and cast flowers of remembrance into the river. Our sincere prayers continue for all the family to be comforted and strengthened with peace from God.

We were very sorry to learn of Chuck's passing. During my last conversation with Chuck I realized that he was not well. Dot, Ann and I will always remember the wonderful times we enjoyed with you and Chuck in Athens and later during our visits in your home during the Georgia Auburn football games. I remember being with Chuck when we walked up several flights of stairs to his newly acquired radio station. I remember so well the Cessna 210 flyng over our house on Georgia Football weekends. Chuck had a great vision. I know from other contacts we have in Columbus that he was admired and respected by many. Our prayers are with you and your family.

To the McClure family. I was sorry to hear this morning of Mr. McClure's passing. As a long time employee of his, I'm happy to say it was a pleasure to work with him for 14 years. He was a person who did exactly what he said he would do. You never had to wonder what he was thinking. I found him to be a fair man and fair boss. Especially when local business people or newsmakers were calling for my head, he always stood by me saying that "Doug knows what he is doing." Like many of those who worked there in the late 80s and through the 90s, I'll look back on those years at WRCG fondly.
