EMMIE R. BERRY
LOUVALE, GA.
Emmie R. Berry, 91, of Louvale, GA. passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at her residence. Funeral services will conducted on Tuesday April 21, 2015 at 3:00 PM in the Marvin Methodist Church in Louvale, GA. with interment to follow in the Louvale cemetery. Rev. Larry Ledford and Rev. Mark Chandler will officiate.
Mrs. Berry was born in Stewart County, GA. on May 14, 1923 the daughter of the late John B. and Sybil Shirling Richardson. She was a Homemaker, a member of Antioch Primitive Baptist and a member of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Jack C. Berry, Sr., her siblings, James (Jimmy Dick) Richardson, Martha Richardson, Johnnie R. Slocumb, Sambo R. Wilder, Jack Gordy and Amelia R. Pate.
Survivors include 3 daughters, Bernice B. Cook of Cusseta, Patti Roland of Cuthbert and Tammy B. Crane of Louvale, a son, Jack C. Berry, Jr. of Louvale, 5 grandchildren, Ron Cook, Tony Berry, Tabitha Hopkins, Ryan Roland and Brett Roland and 5 great grandchildren, Cameron Hopkins, Ciera Hopkins, Caleb Hopkins, Madelyne Roland and Hayden Roland.
The family will receive friends on Monday afternoon at the home of Gladys Ann Pate at 650 Old Louvale Rd. in Louvale, GA.

I always saw Aunt Emmie as a person who put others before herself. Although I was not related by blood, she treated me as one of her own. God has a special place in heaven for her!
