Alice,
I was saddened to hear of Bob's passing. Just the other day, I was showing a co-worker pictures of an event our company had several years ago and pointed out Bob who was laughing hysterically about something. It's certain that he will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate to have known him. May God bless you and your family during this difficult time.

Alice, Liz, Lois, and your precious little Drew,

We wanted you to know that we were shocked and saddened to hear of Bob's death. We remember him as a soft-spoken and honorable man, and a loving husband and father. We so enjoyed the hospitality you offered us and fellow church members when we attended St. John UMC together, and recall with fondness the good times had at your former home just down the street from the church - with the wonderful garden and "playground" atmosphere in your back yard.

You know that we are intimately aware of the pain you must be experiencing, and we will pray unceasingly that you will soon be able to look at Bob's life instead of his death and departing - to finally find that he is still with you as long as you keep him in your hearts.

Our hearts go out to you all.

Dear Alice and the entire family,

I was shocked to receive the news. I guess I thought Bob was always the "fix it" guy and was indestructable.

If there is anything we can do for you, please call. In the meantime, we will all be saying prayers. You will remain in our thoughts.

To the greatest man you can meet, he was dearly loved by all who knew him. He was a character who will never be forgotten. I'm just sorry the rest of the world did not get to meet him. He was blessing to all that came in contact with him. He will surely be missed.

Alice, Liz & Lois: Please accept my deepest condolences in the loss of Bob. Working for him for the 17 yrs that I did, I can just hear him now saying "are we crackin". He had a great sense of humor and made some awsome chili. He was someone that I looked up to and I know he will surely be missed by all. Just trust in God and treasure the memories that you shared with this special person.
