Joseph Emanuel Banks is my brother. As little children the two of us , Bal and Joe traveled with my parents to Panama Canal Zone in the islands. My father was Military so we did a lot of traveling. We were very close as we grew together. I will always hold my brother in my heart. Jerry, Larry and myself will keep the wonderful memories we have of both beloved brothers, Henry and Joe. To his children, he loved you dearly. I know you all are in a better place Henry and Joe. Tell Mama and Daddy hello. I love you both dearly.

To my best friend Ballarie Banks Ingram so sorry for the loss of a kind-hearted gentleman that loved his church so much. he will truly be missed. You will always have the memories and you can replay them whenever you want as much as you want your brother so LOVED his only sister I pray that God continue to strengthen you I love you
