Columbus, GA- SFC (Ret) Keith Richard Landenberg, 78 of Columbus, GA. passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017.
A memorial service will be held at Riverplace 6850 River Rd Columbus, Ga 31904 on Friday June 23, 2017 at 3:30 p.m.
He was a loving, kind and generous man who was loved and respected by many.
He retired from the U.S. Army after 23+ years of services where he received four Purple Hearts and
may other metals for his service to his country. He then retired from the Muscogee County Sheriff's department after more than 20 years of service to his community.
He was a long-time member of Beallwood Baptist church.
He is preceded in death by the love of his life Tina Landenberg. Survivors include his son Joe Landenberg, daughter Trina Landenberg, his brothers David Landenberg, Ron Landenberg and
his sister Sally Kipper. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your choice.

I miss you Grandpa hope you can see all of my accomplishment but not just mine but all your grandkids and even great grandkids. I love you grandpa I miss you now and I have always missed you but your in a better place. I wish I can see you one more time i barely got to see you or remember you because I was young but I always will remember what I do remember. I know I don't know much about you but I do know is you were nice to your family and the United States and the world so thank you for your service. I hope you are having fun and I miss you and always will love you.

I was saddened to hear of Keith's demise. I attended his farewell service today. I valued him and shall long remember him.
He impacted my life profoundly. The last words I said to him were: "I love you."
People like Keith Landengerg are rare.
I wish his family PEACE...
