Lester Reeves, Jr. June 9, 1957 - December 5, 2009 MIDLAND, GA — Lester Reeves, Jr., 52, of 11489 Chatsworth Road, Midland, died Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Doctors Hospital. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, December 14, 2009 in the chapel at People's Funeral Service of Columbus, Inc.,1604 Talbotton Road with Reverend F. R. Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Wright Cemetery, Box Springs, GA. Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour according to People's Funeral Service of Columbus, Inc. Mr. Reeves was born June 9, 1957, son of the late Gloria Ann Fuller Tell and the late Lester Reeves. He was a carpenter for many years until he became ill. He was loved by all who knew him. Left to cherish his memories are a loving companion and friend, Priscilla Ann Mathis, Midland, GA; a daughter, Chenequia J'nay Reeves, Columbus; two brothers, Charles (Jeanette) Cotton, Memphis, TN and Lorenzo (Chelsa) Holmes, Box Springs, GA; a sister, Gloria (James McClain) Burgess, Columbus; a special friend, Kurtis McGhee, Midland, GA; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
