Columbus, Georgia- Mr. Marcus M. Bowden, 30, of 2900 Cusseta Road, Columbus, Georgia died Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at his residence. Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Sconiers Funeral Home Chapel, 836 5th Ave., Columbus, GA with Rev. J. W. Jones, pastor of New Peaceful Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be held in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Mr. Bowden was born August 12, 1985 in Columbus, Georgia, son of the late Lula Mae Grimes Bowden and Edgar L. Bowden, Jr. of Wilmington, NC. Survivors other than his loving father include: four sisters, Tanisha Richmond (Dewayne), Brittney Bowden, Whittney Bowden and Lindsey Bowden, all of Columbus, GA; three brothers, Curtis Bowden, Garrick Lewis and Justin Bowden; his paternal grandparents, Edgar L. Bowden, Sr. and Carolyn Sanders, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends. Please visit our guest registry at sconiersfuneralhome.com.
