Nugean Armour "Blue" June 7, 1950- September 8, 2005 COLUMBUS, GA— Nugean Armour "Blue", 55, of 4202 Swann Street, Columbus, died Thursday, Sept. 8 at The Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17 at Live Oak Baptist Church in Louvale, GA, with burial to follow in the Armour Family Cemetery, according to Hill-Watson Memorial Chapel, Columbus. Visitation will be held from 1 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mr. Armour was born June 7, 1950 in Stewart County, GA, son of Ludie Will Armour of Louvale, GA, and the late George Armour. He was an automobile technician and a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Mr. Armour was preceded in death by two brothers, James Flowers and Joseph Flowers. Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Hall Armour; sons, Eugene Armour, Jr., and Michael Flowers, both of Columbus, and Grady Flowers of Atlanta; daughters, Joann Flantroy, Phyllis Terrell, Sylvia D. Flowers, all of Columbus, Mary Thompson of York, Penn., and Yvette Harris of Atlanta; brothers, Casey (Eunice) Berry of Orlando, FL, and George (Diane) Armour of Columbus; a sister, Mary Alice (John) Jones of Louvale, GA; aunts, Lula B. Armour of Columbus, Mae Eva Holden, Louise Covington, Mattie B. Armour, all of Louvale, GA, and Egertha Havey of Omaha, GA; uncles, Tommy (Jean) Armour of Lumpkin, GA, and Eddie (Betty) Armour of Louvale, GA; sixteen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, several other relatives and friends.
