Oakland, CA- Mr. Rudolph "Randy" Dixon, 65, of Oakland, CA formerly of Phenix City, AL passed Wednesday, December 28, 2016.
Funeral service will be held 3:30 p.m. EST, Saturday, January 14, 2017, in the C.T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL with Pastor Ursell Brandon, officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Phenix City, AL. Visitation is Friday, January 13, 2017 from 1 - 8 p.m. EST, according to Taylor Funeral Home, Inc.
Mr. Dixon was born October 26, 1951 in Phenix City, AL to the late Johnny Dixon and the late Louise Dixon. He worked as Supervisor at Andronizeo's Grocery Market, Berkerly, CA.
Survivors include two daughters, Olmolade (Pastor Ursell Brandon) Dixon of Stockon, CA and Ashley Dixon of Sacremento, CA; one son, Tivon Dixon of Sacramento, CA; siblings, Jimmy Dixon of Phenix City, AL; Willie (Angela) Dixon of Detroit, MI; Bruce Dixon of Oakland, CA; Elle Seay of Columbus, GA; Patricia Riggins, Irma (Bobby) Toombs, Shelia (Thomas) Cook, Barbara Thomas, Vonda (Cleveland) Newsome all of Phenix City, AL; a host of other relatives and friends. I WORKED WITH RUDY AT CO-Op stores and ANDRONICO STORES. Been knowing him over 30 years and was SAD to find out that he passed . RUDY WAS A VERY VERY KIND HUMAN BEING!
