Huntsville, Alabama - Miss Sarina Watson, 28, passed on Sunday, January 21, 2024 after a brief illness. A Memorial Service for Miss Sarina Watson will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at New Birth Outreach Church, 10107 Veterans Parkway, Midland, GA. Pastor David Gordon will be officiating according to the Charles E. Huff's International Funeral Home, Inc.
Miss Sarina Watson was born on March 10, 1995 to Wesley and Vicki Watson in Columbus, GA. She graduated from Shaw High School and received her Bachelor's degree in psychology from Alabama A&M where she was voted Miss Senior and served as a member of the Southern Belles. She was employed as a probation officer in Huntsville, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Willie Watson and her maternal grandmother, Bernice Louise Butts.
She leaves to cherish her wonderful memories, a beautiful daughter, Addison Battle; her parents, Wesley and Vicki Watson, Columbus; long time partner, Rakiya Battle, Huntsville, AL; one brother, Michael Butts, Columbus; paternal grandmother, Jannie Watson; six uncles, Raymond Watson (Thelma), Nathaniel Watson (Angie), Tommy Lee Watson (Yvonne), Odell Watson (Alfreda) all of South Carolina, Willie Watson, III (Rachel), NC and Charlie Butts (Nicki), Oceanside, CA; four aunts, Jannie May Benjamin (Clifford), SC, Patricia Butts, Yolanda Kent both of Columbus, Debra Butts, Patterson, NJ; great-aunt, Shirley Dewhart (Willie),Columbus and many cousins and friends.

Sarina had a laugh that you could never forget. In high school I was having an inner battle with culture, and her friendship really helped me in that battle. Not to mention, she had so much style and she exuded it everywhere she went. I´ll always remember her. My condolences go to Ms Vickie and Mr. Wesley.

Sarina was a ray of sunshine! She was much more than a coworker; she was a friend. We shared many moments and laughs together that I will always cherish. She was a beautiful friend to everyone in the office and we love and miss her so much! A beautiful soul gone too soon. Rest peacefully beautiful!

I am the only one that got to call you that in the office. You were much more than a co-worker to me--you were an amazing, smart, beautiful, and FUNNY friend. I have been missing you so much and the office is absolutely not the same without your beautiful smile and charm. I love you and miss you so so so much!
