Ft. Mitchell, Alabama - Ms. Stacy L. James, 50 of Ft. Mitchell, AL passed Thursday, February 10, 2022 in Columbus, GA.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. EST, Saturday, February 19, 2022 in the C.T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Keith James, officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Cottonton, AL. Visitation will be Friday, February 18, 2022 from 2-5 p.m. EST according to Taylor Funeral Home, Inc.
Ms. James was born October 5, 1971 to Annie Laney and the late Johnny B. James in Ft. Mitchell, AL. She was a 1989 graduate of Chavala High School and was employed by Walmart.
Survivors include her mother, Annie Laney; five sisters, Josephine Horace, Doris Ford, Tracey Ford, Vanessa Griggs and Lisa Jackson; three brothers, Steven Ford, Gregory James and Kenneth James and a host of other relatives and friends.

I am so glad that I got the opportunity to laugh and talk with you just a week before. Bunk, as you would always say, you stay in here spending money. LOL. Your smile always made me smile as so your laughter was contagious. I am so glad I shared that with you before you joined God. You and Maurice always clowning as well. You will be missed my classmate. Continue to smile.
