Tatum and Rachel Fowler were a very loving, giving, kind, and generous couple. Rachel has been in heaven for several years. Tatum loved her so much. He is with her and Jesus, now. Mr. Fowler will be missed. He had a lot of friends at Grace Baptist Church. My family loved him very much.
