Columbus, GA- MSG(Ret.)Theodric Garner 77, of 2800 White Chapel Drive, Columbus passed Saturday, January 24, 2015 at St Francis Hospital. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at the Rose Hill Chapel of Hill-Watson-People's Funeral Service LLC, 2919 Hamilton Road, Columbus with Minister Henry Byrd officiating. Interment will follow at Ft Mitchell National Cemetery with full military honors according to Hill-Watson-People's Funeral Service LLC. Visitation will be today, Tuesday, January 27, 2015 from 1:00PM-6:00PM at the funeral home. MSC Garner was born January 26, 1937 in Ruton LA to the union of Levion and Lula Lewis Garner. He attended Lincoln Elementary and Central High Schools in Louisville, KY, was a United States Army Veteran, retiring after over 22 years of service and retired from civil service at Ft Benning, GA. MSG Garner was baptized at an early age on Burnett Avenue and was a member of the Controller's Civic & Social Club, Inc. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Buelah Ann Garner; daughters, Tiffany Garner, Columbus, GA and Tonya(Nate)Green, Mexico; brothers, Pervis(Barbara)Garner and Jackie Garner both of Louisville, KY; sisters, Annie(James)Savage and Jill Mesbett all of Louisville, KY; two grandchildren and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
