Columbus, Georgia- Mr. Tyler D'Shane Barron, 17, of Columbus, GA passed April 29, 2016 at Midtown Medical Center. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Shirley B. Winston Recreation Center, 5025 Steam Mill Road, Columbus with Elder Antonio McBride officiating, according to Hill-Watson-People's Funeral Service LLC, 1605 3rd Avenue, Columbus. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 1:00PM until the funeral hour at Shirley B. Winston. Mr. Barron was born July, 30, 1998 in Valdosta, GA to Ms. Latoya Butler and Cagus Barron, he was a student at Columbus Technical College where he was enrolled in the GED program. Tyler enjoyed playing basketball and was looking forward to pursuing a career as a Physical Education instructor. He was employed by KFC and loved spending time with his family and friends. He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Latoya Butler; father Cagus Barron; three sisters, Courtney Butler, Ebony Butler and Nakia Mitchell; two brothers, Kalieb and Colby Barron; three nephews, Chasen Brooks, Kholton and Travis Robinson, Jr. a niece, Kamden Sealey; grandmother, Alecia Bolling; grandfather, Virgil Leonard; Aunts, Dei'dre Butler and Tiffany Bolling; uncles, Michael Butler and Thomas Bolling; best friend, Jarrod Brown; and a host of other friends and relatives.

Tyler was such a sweet young man. I truly enjoying meeting him as he asked to date my daughter. He made her smile more than i've ever seen her in years.
I'm so blessed to have met such an adorable young man. God is in need of him more. I thank God for him even if it was just for a little while.
Tyler my baby you will forever more be in my heart.
God bless the family and the dear love ones that had the privilege of knowing this young man. A true Angel!!
