Fayetteville, NC- Mr. Willie Charles Latulas, Jr., 58, of 1074 Data Court, Fayetteville, NC passed Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held 12:00 Noon EST, Friday, September 30, 2011 at Taylor Funeral home Chapel with Minister David Sanders, officiating. Burial will follow in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. There will be no public view according to Taylor Funeral Home, Inc.
Mr. Latulas was born June 3, 1953 to Mr. Willie Charles Latulas, Sr. and Mrs. Jessie Mae Latulas Avery in New Iberia, LA. He was raised by his grandparents, the late Aristile "Tilly" Latulas and the late Mable Latulas.
He was educated in the school systems in Iberia, LA. Willie served in the US Army and was employed as a Civil Service Agent in Fort Bragg, NC until his death.
His survivors include his mother, Jessie Mae (Rev. David L.) Avery of Seale, AL; father, Willie C., Sr. (Sophia) Latulas of New Iberia, LA; sisters, Helen (Dwight) Griffin of Detroit. MI; Connie Sanders of Columbus, OH; Sophie (Ulyess) Willis of Schertz, TX; Rhonda Latulas of Watertown, NY; brothers, Randy Latulas (Rose) of Watertown, NY; Dexter Latulas and Harry Thomas (Kisses) both of New Iberia, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
