Billy Parker Obituary
Billy was born Aug. 22, 1953, in Leesville, to Malcolm Wayne Parker and Anne Marie Littleton Parker, and made his journey home on July 24, 2013. He was the founder and owner of Custom Welding, Parker Steel of Leesville, where his customers were also his closest friends. He loved them and appreciated them as he served Vernon Parish with his talent and knowledge of his trade.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Malcolm Wayne Parker and Anne Marie Littleton Parker.
Billy is survived by his loving wife, Kathy Parker of Pickering; sons, Matthew Parker and wife Jodi, and Shane Parker and wife Shannon, both of Pickering; six grandchildren, Luke, Jesse, Jalyn, Kelsey, Payton and Leah, all of Pickering; and one brother, Donald Wayne Parker and wife, Anita, of Lumberton, Texas.

Billy, you fought the good fight, did your best to care for your family, was always an honest business man who dealt squarely with others and had the courage to insist on honesty from others. You loved well, worked hard and was loyal to friends and family. I miss you and by God's grace I pray to see you again.
