Aaron Brown was a rare combination of warmth and wit. That he was a brilliant journalist goes without saying. That he was a kind and generous soul was his hallmark. Never too busy to reach out to those of us below him on the ladder. That he adored his wife Charlotte was obvious from the first moment I saw them together. May he rest in peace and may his memory be a blessing.

I still miss seeing him on our evening news here in (the real) WA. It is another gentleman we have lost, time keeps moving on and continues to remind us that we are getting older-my prayers for the Brown family.

Very sorry to hear that Aaron Brown recently passed away. I write "Aaron Brown" because that´s who we always watched every night while living in Edmonds, Wa. Aaron was such a "comfortable" professional....never talked at you but shared with you. We missed his show when we left Washington. Our thoughts and prayers to his entire family. Sincerely, Ed Campbell

My mornings weren't complete nor was I ready to start my day if I didn't have my dose of Aaron and Thalia at 4:00 am on 'World News Now'. He and they were amazing.
