Your memory lives on you mighty little man!

Losing a child is a loss of such great magnitude. I cannot imagine how hard this is for your family. Thank you for sharing pieces of this journey with us and allowing us to see what a heroic magnificent soul your son had. I know he is flying with the Angels and is free of pain. I also know that your time away from him must be painful. I wish you peace in this sad journey. My prayers are with your family.

You're a hero to us all Aaron, you will live on within all of the many hearts you have touched. I will always think of you and remember what a brave boy you are and all the amazing things you have done in your lifetime.

An amazing hero. Those are the two words that come to mind when I think of Aaron. What he accomplished in his 10 years is much more than most do in their lifetime. He is a true inspiration to everyone.

Aaron... In your short life you touched and graced the lives and souls of so many people. You may not have had quantity, but you sure filled your life with quality. You're inspiration to people, showed us you don't need to be an adult or wait till you're an adult to be a better person. You showed courage, compassion and selflessness… you squeezed more into life than some 10 times your age, life gave you lemons and you made lemonade for those in need around you, you were truly an old soul... You will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. My heart is heavy, but a little lighter knowing you are at peace, I look forward to the day we meet again to see the amazing Lego's you are building.

My two children would always talk about the boy at their school who had cancer since he was really little. They were lucky and got the chance to meet this strong amazing child and hear first hand about his struggles. They were saddened when they heard of his passing and said no kid should ever have cancer. My prayers and thoughts are with Aarons friends and family during this difficult time. God bless. What can I say of the five years Aaron hung out with us at the Stollery? He was a wonderful, mischievous, little trickster that kept us on our toes. You all loved him well and he knew it! My heart, prayers and love are with you all.

I knew of Aaron's story over the years through friends. He was a brave warrior and he and his family did so much for the fight against Cancer, thank you. My condolences. The world has lost an amazing boy.

My deepest condolences to the Maier/Skinner families. I never had the chance to meet Aaron, but followed his story through his Mom's updates over the years. He was an amazing little man, who did so much with the time he had here on Earth. So many people would have just given up, but Aaron and his Mom and his family were so strong, and did so much good over the years.
