Dear Helen,
Just heard that Dr. Badri has passed away. So sorry for your loss.Please accept my deepest sympathy and condolence. I feel your pain and what you are going through now. Please be patient, as time heals. His life has ended in this world, but he will have a peaceful eternal life. For he has left his legacy, and his beautiful family in this world. I always remember his calm and holly smile. His love for you was so pure. In all the programs, he always asked me to make sure you are not left alone.
May he rest in peace. We are all from Him, and will go back to Him.
My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.

Translation of Lux Aeterna:
"May everlasting light shine upon them, O Lord, with thy saints in eternity, for though art merciful. Grant them eternal rest, O Lord, and may everlasting light shine upon them."
Translation of In Paradisum:
"May the angels escort you into paradise; at your coming, may the martyrs receive you and bring your into the holy city, Jerusalem. May the chorus of angels receive you, and with Lazarus, once a poor man, may you have eternal rest."

I have lost my life partner of 54years, we had a great life together with our family, we had our early tough days while he was in residency, but when he was in practice our life changed for the better and we were able to do what we loved, which was traveling, we had so many stories to remember, he loved to pull out an album and start going through the pages and we would reminisce about our adventures, He was a loving husband and father and grandfather and humanitarian. He was so busy in life that he did not have much time to spend with the children as much as he loved them. When we took care of our grandchildren he was amazed at what babies and young children do, it was like he got a second chance and he loved it. He went on eight missionary surgery missiona, he always said God was good to us and we have to help the needy. God was a big presence in his life, this was his upbringing, and when he spoke to the children he would blow a prayer into the phone so God would protect our children, and after he hung up he would raise his hands and say thank you God for giving us such good children and please protect them always.. I will miss him at my side, but we will have all our good memories to comfort us, he was an amazing human being. His loving wife Helen Badri.

We are truly sorry to hear of the loss of Dr. Badri. Please accept our condolences and may our prayers help comfort you and hasten the journey of his soul to its Heavenly reward.
Lux æterna luceat eis, Domine,
cum sanctis tuis in æternum,
quia pius es.
Requiem æternam dona eis, Domine;
et lux perpetua luceat eis;
cum Sanctis tuis in æternum,
quia pius es.
After the tears have dried and the goodbyes have been said, all we have to hold onto are the happy memories that we've shared with our loved ones who have passed, this is what keeps them alive in our hearts and in our minds, and they will continue to live on, through us.
May the blessing of Almighty God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, come down upon you and remain with you forever.
In paradisum deducant te Angeli; in tuo adventu suscipiant te martyres, et perducant te in civitatem sanctam Ierusalem. Chorus angelorum te suscipiat, et cum Lazaro quondam paupere æternam habeas requiem.
Amen.

Dearest Mrs. Badri,
Susan is my forever soulmate girl friend. I know, without a doubt that you and Dr. Badri raised her, as well as your other daughters with grace and strength and courage. They are all, of course, physically beautiful, but they are all also intelligent and wise wonderful women of this world. You and Dr. Bardi are a true story of America. You are exemplary in the standard of what it means to citizens of the world. Jim and I send you our very deepest sympathy. God bless you and hold you in the palm of his hand.

My dad died on Friday 10/17/14. He was put to rest on 10/18/14. He will be so missed. He was the most amazing father. He did everything for his family & for others, and his life was centered on God. He taught us all to have strong faith, to have an incredible drive to achieve our dreams, to be charitable to the less fortunate, to show others love and respect, and to never forget to pray every day and have gratitude for all God has given us. He donated so much of his time and talent working as a plastic surgeon to help the less fortunate around the world. He gave back his God given gifts to to the world and left the world a better place for having been here.
I will always love and miss my father… Susan Badri Monaghan
