Sad heart, such a good and kind soul, ..Adam the world has lost a precious treasure, I hope your girls and love are safe in the world.

My love we miss you everyday of our lives and cherish all the beautiful happy moments we've shared with you. You taught me so much and will never forget the lessons. My heart will never be repaired as it shattered in millions pieces when you left us. <3

I loved him the minute I met him - he was kind, caring and compassionate.He was a great dentist and I am saddened to just learn of his passing. With love and sympathy to his family!

Dr Salem was an excellent dentist, and a great guy. I'm shocked and saddened to hear of his death. My condolences to his family.

Dr. Salem was an amazing dentist who worked with me over my fears of dentist's. He was also my friend and took the time needed every time to make sure I was ok and always asked about my family and told me about his girls. He was very proud of his daughters. I'm very saddened to have learned the passing of such a wonderful human being. I came to him with tooth pain and fear of dentists. He was a dream. He was so kind, comforting and there was never pain with him. He restored my faith in dentists. He will be truly missed. I made sure to thank him so many times for what he's done for me and so many other patients. He was the very best.

I am shocked to hear of DR. Salem's Passing. He was a wonderful and caring man. He made my smile beautiful again and was the only one willing to help. Such a tragic loss to the community and for his family and friens. He will be truly missed.

I am so saddened to hear of this! Dr. Salem put braces on my teeth May 1st after I took a fall and lost one! He was so nice and caring, he will be missed!

He was the only dentist that my husband would allow to work on him. He was a great man.
