We think of you often and hope you are doing well.

It has been one full year since Adele's death. My heart still aches, tears bailing out all that suffers the love we have for one who disappeared much too soon from our embrace. If, by chance, wherever you are, Adele, you can receive our love, please do. Your beauty, inside and out, after all, is too much to bear onesided. Dee, Brian & Christina, this is so hard to write. You were our first neighbors and friends on Union Street. I have so many memories of Adele; her and Stephanie making collages, pool parties to celebrate the beginning and end of school, camping at Fort de Soto, spending holidays together, watching her grow from a child into a young adult. She was always creative, funny, kind, polite, and so very beautiful. My heart aches as I send my deepest condolences to all of you. I am so sorry for your very deep, heartbroken loss. No words can be said or thoughts and prayers given that can lessen your pain. Take some comfort to know, you are very much loved and cared about.

Though I did not know Adele that much, I did see her with her mother DeeDee last year at a wedding and I could see the close, deep loving relationship they had. The fun, joy, enthusiasm and love of life they shared. It is something I did not forget and never would have forgotten. It warms the heart.

I remember seeing them on facebook and could not tell who was who. Beautiful inside and out. We should all live a long life. The pain you have is unthinkable. It makes no sense why she is no longer here. Only God knows. May God be with you all during this most difficult time. Life will never be the same as pieces of your hearts are taken to heaven with her. I know that she is greeted by your Mom and Dad and those who have gone before. She is at peace and not alone.
