As Adrian’s neighbor, we only spoke occasionally, but our memory of him is very clear as being engaged, passionate and kind-hearted. The world is a better place because of his life – a legacy we can aspire to. He had no fear of authority, and as a result, could get things done! We greatly need more local activists like him. May his fiery spirit finally rest in peace, and his family be comforted in this difficult time.

I am so very saddened to hear about Adrian passing. I only met Adrian and Dorothy briefly but think of them daily. I bought my home from them, a beautiful property in Arizona, full of stands of cactus and trees they put in, and home to abundant wildlife. I am always amazed at what they've done out here.
My best memories of Adrian are how he always doted on Dorothy, his bride and his sweetheart. They had a wonderful marriage and partnership.
My sincerest sympathy and best wishes to Dorothy and their family. God Bless you.

I had the wonderful privilege to meet & work with Mr. and Mrs. Bain years ago when Nancee & I helped them sell their home here in Arizona. They are the kind of people that always greet you with smiling faces & with a warm welcome ~ treating you just like family. I can tell you that Adrian was a strong willed man with a passion for life and all of his convictions in life. He was one to stand up for what he belived in and he always did his part to try and make the world a better place. I enjoyed his many stories and adventures he told and in them I learned just how much he loved and charished his wonderful wife and his two daughters and grandchildren. He built his life and love around his family and it was clear that they meant the world to him. It is so rare that you see someone that so freely and whole heartedly professes such love for his "sweet heart" that one would think that he was a newlywed and yet Adrian and Dorothy were married 47 years!! What an accomplishment on both of their parts!! I know I am a richer person for having known both of them. Adrian we will miss you but will find comfort in knowing that you will undoubtedly be waiting for your sweetheart at heavens gate. Dorothy you are a wonderful lady and my deepest sympathy goes out to you and your family at this very trying time. All of my best, Angie Endrud
