Great cuban artist. Que descanse en paz, may rest in peace.

My condolences, as soon as I found out about his passing.
Once we wrote to each other because of our relationship with the last name, but we were from different families in Cuba with the last name Blazquez. The funny thing is that I studied plastic arts from 1984 to 1991. I graduated from the National School of Art.
We both left Cuba at practically the same ages, he was 21 and I was 22 in 1994. Light his soul wherever he is.

I had the privilege of knowing and caring for Agustin for many years; he always brought a smile and some fascinating thoughts to share. He was bright light with a bright mind, and I enjoyed our time together. He will be missed.

I knew Agustin for 31 years. He was an extraordinary person, and his story is amazing. I learned so much from him. In addition to being a very talented artist, Agustin worked tirelessly to educate people on the real story of Cuba, Castro, Communism, and the corrupt mainstream media in the USA. Agustin knew the Marxist playbook from start to finish and wanted all Americans to understand their tactics and real motives. He made dozens of documentary films, wrote hundreds of articles, and so much more in his lifelong fight against tyranny. His courage, knowledge, perseverance, and love for America were second to none. Agustin worked his heart out fighting to preserve our liberty and freedom. He will be sorely missed, but his body of work will live on and continue to educate many people for years to come. May he rest in peace.

Augustin, was incredible an individual, leaving an indelible impression on all who not only knew him, but struck a conversation with him, or came across anything he had a hand in due to his exceptional creativeness. He was amazing from many perspectives. But most of all, he will be remembered for his tireless fight against socialism.

Agustin Blazquez was a great friend to my family. He had an untiring will to tell the world about the horrors of communism using his beloved country of birth, Cuba, as an example. He will be greatly missed by all those who spent time with him.
