Agustin Jaime Ramirez UPPER Agustin Jaime Ramirez passed away peacefully and went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Palm Sunday, March 24, 2024. He was born on August 25, 1980 in Mexico City, Mexico to Felix Humberto Ramirez Sr. and Rosa Ramirez. Jaime, as he was known by most, was a proud resident of Galveston, Texas and a 1998 graduate of Ball High School. He was part-owner of La Mixteca Mexican Restaurant & Seafood where he operated as the restaurant manager since the age of sixteen. He had an exceptional relationship with his employees and built lasting relationships with his customers, who always enjoyed engaging in conversation with him. Jaime was a very caring individual who would give a lending hand to those in need and was loved by everyone. His love for his family and friends was unconditional and he will be greatly missed by everyone. Jaime is survived by his parents, Felix H. Ramirez Sr. and Rosa Ramirez, brothers, Oscar H. Ramirez and Felix H. Ramirez Jr., sisters, Alma Ramirez and Blanca Ramirez, nieces, Rosa Ramirez, Lorena Ramirez and Jacqueline Ramirez, nephews, Felix Ramirez III and Lorenzo Ramirez along with many family members. Everyone is invited to visit Carnes Brothers Funeral Home in Galveston, Texas on Monday, April 1, 2024 from 6PM to 8PM. A memorial service will be held at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Galveston, Texas on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 10 AM followed by a burial service at Hayes Grace Memorial Park, in Santa Fe, Texas. "De Dios Venimos y a Dios Volvemos!"
