Alan, you fellow Aquarian, are the quirky, thinkee, spark that embodies the left coast ethos. I met you the same night that Geraldine did. It was a good, long run. Enjoy the unbounded.

Alan - or Buddy as he was known back then when we were in elementary school together - was a mentor and inspiration and a great friend to me after we met when I was in grade 5 and he was in grade 7. He continued to be that for me and many more people - he will be with me always in my heart and mind. Milton Orris

Farewell and journey well Alan, you were an inspiration to many, you had a great mind and heart....but mostly I loved you for making our friend Geraldine happy for so many, many years. The world was made better with you in it and that is what most of us hope for. Adieu.
